Clear, up-front prices, with no hidden fees

We are different to other care companies….. with Esteemed Life Care you can be safe in the knowledge that we are clear in our costs with no hidden fees. We are fully regulated by CQC – Care Quality Commissioning, and understand that the financial aspect of care is quite important to a family, without compromising the quality of care we provide.

Our visiting care service is organised and planned around what you need. Each individual is different, each family is unique, and that is the reason why we offer a free, but an important assessment of the situation. We take our time to understand your requirements.

We can provide sound advice and guidance on what is right for you.

Our costs for our care are dependent on an in-home assessment of an individual’s needs and wishes. We can offer support in the home from few hours a day through to a full live-in package.

Most of the visiting care is charged at an hourly rate, with live-in care quoted on either a daily rate or a period of few weeks. We can discuss the level of care that is right for you and whether the cost of home care is financially sustainable for you and your family. We’ll care for your finance too.

Clients and their families can usually fund their care themselves, however many people can receive some support from the local authority or a commissioning group. We work closely with financial advisors who specialise in planning the finance of long-term care. They can suggest funding options and potential benefits. We have the expertise in these cases to work with the funding body to get the support you need in place.

Speak to one of our friendly advisers to receive advice on the costs and funding options. Our offices are open 7 days a week.

Costs and funding – Your questions answered…

Are there any hidden costs after you propose the initial cost of providing care?

No. We are completely transparent. After your initial care assessment we will propose to you to consider, a breakdown of the costs and services that we will provide.

We will only change the price that you are paying if the care requirements change. Which will be negotiated and consulted with you prior to any change.

Is there any funding available for me to receive care?

Yes. Even though most of our clients and their families usually fund their care themselves, there may be funding available to you.

All clients are entitled to Attendance Allowance provided by the government, which is non-means tested. Continuum of Care for customers in the latter stages of life or those under the age of 65 with a diagnosis of illnesses, such as early onset dementia are also available from the NHS.

Do I pay the carer directly?

No. Our carers are employed by us. We pay them and look after their salary. All proposals and contracts are looked after by us. You don’t need to worry about any costs or payments with the carer. Instead you can feel at ease in just focussing on the rapport and the companionship with the carer.
